When you are at restaurants and other artisan caterers awarded the Nouvelles Valeurs Label, the contents of your plate or purchases satisfy three requirements designed to protect your health: Quality and Freshness of produce, Preparation standards and Hygiene.

It is about what is visible but also what goes unseen...

Of course, this selection does not only include “top-end" establishments. Indeed, it is particularly useful for finding small bistros, neighbourhood restaurants and restaurants serving “international fare” such as Chinese, Indian, and North African cuisine, etc.

Our analysis is rigorous and systematic and conducted with the formal agreement of the establishments differentiated by our experts. Our label is valid for one year. It is renewable provided the criteria used for the evaluation are satisfied in full.

Our criteria exclusively honour artisans and fresh natural products which meet your new requirements: RDO, PDO, Organic, Biodynamic, Light, Wellbeing, Vegetarian, local gems, product traceability and respect, supply quality, a high regard for “market” products, respect for the seasons and the environment, etc.

The reassurance of the Nouvelles Valeurs Label means you can eat with peace of mind and fully-receptive taste buds.
