Hygiene is the issue that gets people annoyed !

It is a hotchpotch of ideas which nobody can make sense of: neither conscientious professionals nor their potential clients.

To take just one example from so many possibilities: not all our Chinese friends (far from it) are unscrupulous cheats or amateurs. And we know Turkish restaurants which would put some Swiss taverns to shame. 

It is about what is visible but also what goes unseen...

We must therefore sort the good from the bad and continue the silent work of inspecting the cheats and highlighting the providers who, as expected, offer an impeccable service. And the invisible is just as important as the visible.
