If you only knew!

Perhaps it is better not to know what is really on your plate; that is certainly what those who shrug their shoulders and bow before the god of profit would tell you.

Nouvelles Valeurs definitely does not share this opinion...

Of course, we are concerned with the visible, with the talent of those who prepare Mother Nature’s bounty, but also – and especially – with what goes unseen.

The same is true of traceability, freshness, product origin and quality, and the love and respect for nature and its seasons.

And, of course, it is important that we work in harmony with the environment which was so mistreated during earlier decades.

Finally, we must not forget hygiene standards when produce is packaged and then transported to the artisan caterers and restaurateurs who are responsible for presenting it in all its glory.
